The Chicago Department of Public Health (CDPH) and Zocdoc are partnering to provide a scheduling platform that will aggregate all available appointments throughout the city. If you are in a prioritized essential worker group, your employer will be able to distribute your COVID-19 vaccine. Pharmacies across Chicago have received vaccines and are scheduling their own appointments for those currently eligible. If you do not have a medical provider, you can enroll with a Federally Qualified Health Center. Many medical providers with the vaccine are already reaching out to eligible individuals within phases 1A and 1B to receive the vaccine. Please reach out to your medical provider to make sure that your contact information is up-to-date and that your provider knows you are interested in the vaccine. Please note that the demand still far exceeds the supply of available vaccines, and you will be notified when appointments are available after registering. After registering for the vaccine, you will be notified once you are eligible AND an appointment is available.
